VI Peel Benefits

VI Peel can treat the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, acne, skin discoloration and sun damage, and improve skin texture for those with rough skin or conditions such as keratosis pilaris. 

How Does It Work?

VI Peel gently removes the top layers of skin on the treatment areas, smoothing the skin and surface imperfections. VI Peel also:

• Reduces oil production and inflammation of the skin
• Kills bacteria
• Clears clogged pores
• Encourages the body’s own collagen and elastin production

VI Peel treatment takes about 30 minutes to complete. During your procedure, your treatment provider will first cleanse the skin of any oil. The VI Peel solution is then applied in two layers that may cause some initial tingling sensation and white appearance of the skin. You will wash the peel off at home 4 to 6 hours later, and your skin will begin to peel about 2-3 days later. 

Aftercare

Following your treatment, you will want to avoid picking or peeling your skin and allow your face to naturally peel. Your treatment provider will give you post-care instructions to follow, which may include the use of sunscreen or moisturizer. You’ll want to avoid harsh chemicals for a period of time following your treatment.
